Client
Procter & Gamble opened their new Distribution Centre in Crailsheim to supply the South of Germany which drove the desire for a new logo.
Briefing
The logo should engage the whole team to identify themselves with the transformation from a warehouse into a full service distribution centre and at the same time link to the key contributions of a DC, moving goods fast and cost -effective to customers.
Idea
A DC is usually a place of structure, safety and stability with a high level of homogeneity inside. That's why the logo uses the similarities of the letters "C" and "D" to form a visual entity that represents this unity.
At the same time the use of arrows does not only make the logo more dynamic but also defines the letters "CDC". The forms and colors which were chosen relate to "the cases" as the core element of the DC.
